Letter from Recruitment Chair

To My Potential New Sister,

We at Delta Gamma hope that you consider going through sorority recruitment this January. During recruitment, you will meet new people, make new friends, and, if you choose to join a sorority, find a new home on campus. We are thrilled that you are interested in Delta Gamma and I encourage you to continue to learn about our chapter and all it has to offer.

Zeta Phi’s members have a reputation for outstanding achievement inside and outside of the classroom. Our sisters are actively involved on campus and hold what often feels like a countless number of leadership positions. Our members and those who know us also see that Delta Gamma fosters friendship and loyalty. Our sorority holds all of its members to high standards of character, asking us to strive to better our sisters as well as the world around us. We are proud to be part of an international network of women who take Delta Gamma’s values seriously during the college years and beyond.

From formals to sisterhood retreats to social events, Delta Gamma has given me so many of the happiest and most fun memories I have from college. I have made these memories with the same sisters I admire and look up to and who have become some of my best friends.

Each year, recruitment encourages our chapter to reflect on what Delta Gamma has given us and on the qualities that our community embodies. It also culminates in the welcoming of a new Zeta Phi class that will carry on the legacy of friendship, compassion, and support that members of our chapter have built and maintained for more than 20 years. We hope that you consider joining this new class of women by registering for recruitment this February!
